Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia) has an abundance of uses but it is mostly known for is calming properties that help decrease stress and
anxiety and aide relaxation. It is also uplifting and balancing while nurturing to the mind and nourishing to the skin.
Its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties make it a wonderful choice to soothe most skin irritations, prevent scar formation and treat old ones. Lavender is very gentle and can be used on any skin type and helps soothe pain and swelling.
For restful sleep, use the spray on your pillow in the evening or to keep moths
out of your closet and keep your clothes smelling fresh (avoid spraying
directly on your clothes).
*While all ingredients are natural
and generally very safe, please always carefully smell the essential oils and
check a small area of your skin for reactions first. Also remember that the
oils will be slippery so please use caution, especially when using in the
shower, stepping carefully and wipe out tub for the next use.
Coconut oil transitions from a solid
to fluid state in the 70s. You may want to keep it in a warmer place like the
shower before using as it will get really hard in cold temperatures and may be more difficult to use.
Appearances may slightly vary as all
body care products are made fresh in small batches and current difficulties in the supply chain sometimes lead to differences like the color of the lids.
