Because I make items to order, items will be shipped within 4 business days of the order being received. I will only charge the exact cost of shipping as I use recycled items for packaging.

Because I make items to order, I send pictures of the items prior to delivery where the customer has the opportunity to make changes. Unless the items is received in damaged condition, I do not offer refunds.
